Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F. If frying, heat about two inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the fresh corn on the cob (or thawed frozen corn) into pieces, about two inches long, and pat dry.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the corn pieces in the mixture.
  4. Transfer the seasoned corn into the preheated air fryer or hot oil. Cook for about 10–15 minutes, shaking or stirring occasionally.
  5. Once crispy, remove from heat and optionally sprinkle with more Cajun seasoning or lime juice.
  6. Serve warm in a dish and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.
