- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F. If frying, heat about two inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Cut the fresh corn on the cob (or thawed frozen corn) into pieces, about two inches long, and pat dry.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the corn pieces in the mixture.
- Transfer the seasoned corn into the preheated air fryer or hot oil. Cook for about 10–15 minutes, shaking or stirring occasionally.
- Once crispy, remove from heat and optionally sprinkle with more Cajun seasoning or lime juice.
- Serve warm in a dish and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.
