Cooking Steps
- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Using the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese into the simmering sauce and stir for another 2 minutes until melted and thickened.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach to the skillet, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet and stir everything together. Add reserved fettuccine, tossing to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Serve the Ultra Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta on plates or bowls, garnished with extra grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.

Notes
For optimal leftovers, store pasta and sauce separately to maintain texture. Reheat gently on the stovetop.
