Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a small bowl, mix together flour and water to create a smooth slurry. Pour it into the simmering sauce, stirring continuously for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Spread a layer of the creamy Alfredo sauce over each pita base. Add the cooked chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and baby spinach leaves. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. For the oven, place the pizzas on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden. For the air fryer, cook in a single layer for 5-6 minutes.
