  • 1 cup Pineapple Diced, fresh or canned.
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust according to heat preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Aminos Can use gluten-free soy sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Sweetener Granulated or coconut sugar.
  • to taste Salt Adjust based on preference.
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes Add according to spice tolerance.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 4-5 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the uncooked rice to the saucepan, stirring constantly for 2 minutes until slightly toasted.
  3. Mix in pineapple, sriracha, coconut aminos, sweetener, salt, and red pepper flakes in the saucepan. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in water, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat, covered, for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let steam, covered, for an additional 5 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork.
  6. Serve warm as a vibrant main dish or side.
