Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Pat the country style pork ribs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper for your dry rub.
  4. Generously coat the ribs on all sides with the dry rub mixture.
  5. Place the seasoned ribs into a baking dish or on a foil-lined sheet, arranged in a single layer.
  6. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 2 hours.
  8. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  9. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes.
  10. Let the ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
