For the Wrap
  • 4 large Tortillas Whole grain or gluten-free
  • 2 cups Lettuce/Greens Crisp romaine or mixed greens
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Carrots Shredded
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion Sliced thinly
  • 1 medium Avocado Sliced just before serving
Optional Additions
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Shredded cheese like cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Fresh, can be omitted
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Fresh juice to taste
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. If using fresh chicken, cook until 165°F, then shred or dice.
  2. Mix the cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare fresh vegetables by washing and slicing them accordingly.
  4. Spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt on the tortilla for flavor.
  5. Layer greens, chicken mixture, and vegetables onto the tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle cheese, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper over the layers.
  7. Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to the top.
  8. Slice in half diagonally if desired and serve.
