Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and toss with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- Cover the seasoned wings and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
- For baking, place the wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway.
- For grilling, heat grill to medium-high and grill the wings for about 6-8 minutes per side.
- For air frying, preheat to 380°F (190°C) and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While wings cook, prepare the glaze: combine honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked wings to a bowl, pour the glaze over, and toss to coat.
- For extra caramelization, return the glazed wings to your cooking method for 1-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions.

Notes
Leftover wings can be transformed into tacos or salads. Marinate longer for enhanced flavor.
