Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and toss with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Cover the seasoned wings and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
  4. For baking, place the wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. For grilling, heat grill to medium-high and grill the wings for about 6-8 minutes per side.
  6. For air frying, preheat to 380°F (190°C) and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. While wings cook, prepare the glaze: combine honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cooked wings to a bowl, pour the glaze over, and toss to coat.
  9. For extra caramelization, return the glazed wings to your cooking method for 1-3 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions.
