Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole ripe mango provides natural sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup for vegan option
  • 1 whole lime juiced
  • 1 whole orange juiced
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil can substitute with avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin can be omitted
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 whole chili pepper (Fresno or Jalapeño) finely chopped, adjust for heat
  • 0.25 cup cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Blend the base ingredients: mango, lime juice, orange juice, honey, ground cumin, and minced garlic until smooth.
  2. In a glass jar, slowly incorporate olive oil while stirring until emulsified.
  3. Add chopped chili and cilantro, mix in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness and acidity as desired.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake before serving.
