Cooking Steps
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, about 7 to 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced steak, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced bell peppers and onion. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add the whole milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well, then gradually add the shredded pepper jack cheese, stirring until melted and smooth, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Fold in the cooked steak and macaroni into the cheese sauce, mixing gently. Heat through for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions. Enjoy hot.

Notes
For a richer taste, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Extra veggies like spinach or mushrooms can enhance texture and flavor.
