Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and pour the brownie batter into it, spreading evenly.
  4. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  5. Remove the pan and cool the brownies completely for 30-45 minutes.
  6. Cut out star shapes using a cookie cutter.
  7. Melt blue candy melts and drizzle over the star shapes.
  8. Sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles on top before the candy sets.
  9. Allow the decorated brownies to set for 10-15 minutes.
