Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish and mixing bowl.
  2. Chop the jalapeños into small pieces and remove seeds for milder heat. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes, then chop.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cream cheese, jalapeños, and bacon. Add smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to a lined baking dish and shape into a loaf of even thickness.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
