  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Any color, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots Thinly sliced

  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Or use Thai basil if available

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients. Slice the chicken, chop bell peppers and carrots, and soak the noodles in warm water for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok over medium-high heat, add oil, and stir-fry the chicken for 5 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Add the chopped bell peppers and carrots to the wok, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and add Thai chilies. Stir to coat and cook for another minute.
  5. Add the drained rice noodles to the wok, toss to mix, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in fresh basil before serving.
