- Slice the beef sirloin into even strips, pat dry with paper towels, and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the seasoned beef strips in the slow cooker, topping with diced onion and sliced bell peppers.
- In a medium bowl, mix minced garlic, beef broth, crumbled bouillon, soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until tender.
- If needed, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into the slow cooker to thicken sauce, cooking uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
