- In a large mixing bowl, combine your beef stew meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss everything thoroughly until each piece is well-coated.
- Layer the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker. Drizzle half of the melted unsalted butter and olive oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
- Carefully place the seasoned beef over the layer of potatoes and drizzle the remaining melted butter and olive oil.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set to low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
