- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated biscuit dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spoon a generous amount of the seafood filling into the center of each biscuit circle.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape, pressing the edges to seal.
- Arrange the filled biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley.
