  • 1 Tbsp Honey can substitute with maple syrup
For Garnish
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped

  2. Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to wrap your salmon completely.
  3. Arrange fresh lemon slices beneath the salmon on the foil.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic.
  5. Season the salmon fillet generously with kosher salt and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle the lemon garlic butter mixture over the seasoned salmon.
  7. Seal the foil tightly around the salmon.
  8. Place the sealed foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 17 minutes.
  9. Remove the top layer of the foil and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
