- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped onion, minced garlic, large egg, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix gently until well combined, without overmixing.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about half an inch thick.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the patties.
- Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest on a plate lined with paper towels for 3-4 minutes.
