  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) to ensure it reaches the perfect temperature for crisping.
  2. Carefully drain a block of high-protein tofu and pat it dry. Slice the tofu thinly using a mandoline.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together vegetable broth, Bragg’s liquid aminos, liquid smoke, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper, then pour over the sliced tofu.
  4. Grease a sheet pan with olive oil, then arrange the tofu slices on it, pouring any remaining marinade on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping slices halfway through until golden-brown and firm.
