Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the steak by combining with Shaoxing wine, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing chicken broth, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ginger, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of cornstarch in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for about 1 minute on each side until browned.
  4. Stir-fry assorted vegetables in the same skillet for 4-5 minutes until vibrant.
  5. Add the deveined shrimp, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until cooked through and pink.
  6. Combine the cooked steak, vegetables, shrimp, and prepared sauce. Toss in the cooked rice noodles and mix until coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot, topped with chili crisps if desired.
