- Overlap the thinly sliced cold smoked salmon to form a rectangle about 6 inches wide by 12 inches long.
- Spread the 1/3 less fat cream cheese evenly over the overlapping salmon slices.
- Position cucumber matchsticks ½ inch from one side of the rectangle.
