- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and position the oven rack in the center.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cheeses, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated biscuit dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the biscuit dough into circles (about 3-4 inches in diameter) and place a spoonful of filling in each.
- Fold each biscuit over the filling to create a half-moon shape, pinching edges to seal.
