- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, sliced green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Open the crescent roll dough package and unroll it onto a clean surface. Separate into individual triangles.
- Take a tablespoon of filling and place it at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough toward the point, tucking in the sides to seal.
- Arrange the rolled crescent bombs on the baking sheet, spaced about an inch apart. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
