Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, poultry seasoning, chopped chives, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Take two slices of nutty bread and evenly spread a generous layer of the herbed mayo on one side of each slice.
