- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, poultry seasoning, chopped chives, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Take two slices of nutty bread and evenly spread a generous layer of the herbed mayo on one side of each slice.
- On one slice of the mayo-spread bread, layer fresh green leaf lettuce, followed by sliced leftover turkey. Top with a dollop of cranberry sauce.
- Place the second slice of bread, mayo side down, on top. Press gently to secure the sandwich.
