  • 1 small Asian Pear peeled, cored, and chopped

  • 2 stalks Green Onion chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef and sliced onion, tossing gently to combine.
  2. In a food processor, blend the marinade ingredients until smooth and pour over the beef mixture.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the marinated beef in batches for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  6. Transfer the beef to a serving plate, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve with rice and side dishes.
