- Preheat your oven to the broil setting, allowing it to reach a high temperature of about 500°F (260°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, large egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Lightly coat your hands with oil and form the mixture into meatballs, approximately the size of a quarter.
- In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat and add the meatballs.
