Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to the broil setting, allowing it to reach a high temperature of about 500°F (260°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, large egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Lightly coat your hands with oil and form the mixture into meatballs, approximately the size of a quarter.
  4. In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat and add the meatballs.
  5. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides.
  6. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside. Carefully discard excess fat from the pan.
  7. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan and stir for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet, gently stir into the creamy parmesan sauce.
