- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough and lay it flat in the bottom of your greased baking dish, sealing any seams.
- Layer sliced ham, salami, provolone cheese, pepperoni, banana pepper rings, and roasted red peppers over the crescent dough.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese, then drizzle a little olive oil on top.
- Unroll the second can of crescent dough and lay it over the fillings, sealing the edges.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5–10 minutes, slice into squares and serve warm, optionally topped with fresh lettuce and tomato.
