Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent dough and lay it flat in the bottom of your greased baking dish, sealing any seams.
  3. Layer sliced ham, salami, provolone cheese, pepperoni, banana pepper rings, and roasted red peppers over the crescent dough.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese, then drizzle a little olive oil on top.
  5. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and lay it over the fillings, sealing the edges.
