For the Cabbage
  • 1 medium Green Cabbage Chopped.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it up as it browns and releases its juices.
  2. Push the beef to one side of the skillet and drizzle a bit of oil into the empty space. Add the finely chopped yellow onion and minced garlic, seasoning with a pinch of salt. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until the onions become translucent.
  3. Once the onion is tender, pour in the fire-roasted diced tomatoes along with the Better Than Bouillon beef stock and optional tomato paste. Stir and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped green cabbage, mixing it into the beef and tomato mixture. Cover the skillet and let it cook for approximately 15–20 minutes.
