- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In an 8x8 baking dish, add 1 cup of long grain rice, 1 can of French onion soup, and 2 cups of beef broth. Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter, slice into small pieces, and distribute over the top of the rice mixture.
