Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray the baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Unroll one can of refrigerated crescent rolls and lay the dough evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread a layer of deli-sliced roast beef over the crescent roll dough.
- Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese on top of the roast beef.
- In a small bowl, mix together the dry onion soup mix, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder, then drizzle over the cheese.
- Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and lay it over the filling.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- While baking, heat the beef broth in a pot over medium heat.
- Once baked, allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
- Serve warm with heated beef broth for dipping.
