Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw one sheet of frozen puff pastry in the refrigerator overnight and roll out into a rectangle measuring approximately 10x12 inches.
  2. Spread 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry, leaving about a half-inch border on all sides.
  3. Layer 6 slices of deli ham evenly over the mustard-covered pastry and sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese on top.
  4. Roll the pastry from one of the long edges into a tight log, trim ends, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
  5. Repeat the process with the second sheet of puff pastry.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Slice the chilled logs into 1/2-inch rounds and arrange cut-side up on baking sheets.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow cooling slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving warm.
