Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients for Chicken Lo Mein. Chop the bell peppers, carrots, and green onions separately. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions (4-6 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add oil. Once shimmering, add the chicken, sautéing for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Ensure the chicken is cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, and stir-fry the chopped bell peppers, carrots, and white green onion parts for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the lo mein noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and oyster sauce. Toss together for 2-3 minutes until heated and evenly coated.
  5. Transfer Chicken Lo Mein to plates. Drizzle with extra soy sauce and sprinkle the green onion parts. Serve hot.
