Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a cast-iron skillet inside to heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, all-purpose flour, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth, roughly 30 seconds, then let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven. Add a tablespoon of butter to melt and coat the skillet.
  4. Pour the rested batter into the hot skillet and quickly sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley and chives. Serve warm.
