- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a cast-iron skillet inside to heat for about 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine eggs, all-purpose flour, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth, roughly 30 seconds, then let rest for 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven. Add a tablespoon of butter to melt and coat the skillet.
- Pour the rested batter into the hot skillet and quickly sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Return to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley and chives. Serve warm.
