For the Bacon
  • 6 slices Bacon Can substitute with prosciutto.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, boil water with a pinch of salt and olive oil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil and warm up. Add bacon pieces and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and let drain on a paper towel.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water in a bowl, then add to skillet. Cook for 10 seconds to thicken.
  4. Add drained broccoli and crispy bacon back into the skillet, tossing gently to coat. Warm through for another minute and serve.
