- Carefully slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the cut surfaces of each roll.
- Layer the salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of each roll, followed by mozzarella cheese.
- Add provolone cheese and sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top, then add roasted red peppers, olives, and banana peppers.
