- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Sauté diced onions and minced garlic in vegetable oil until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add diced carrots and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add cold, cooked rice and fry for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Mix in soy sauce and any pre-cooked proteins, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Create a space in the mixture, crack in the beaten eggs, scramble and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add green peas and green onions, stir, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer, serve hot with extra garnishing if desired.
