- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Thai chili sauce, sesame oil, and Chinese 5-spice powder. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, then stir in garlic and ginger. Add sauce mixture and cook until well-coated.
- Warm tortillas or rice paper wrappers. Tortillas should be heated in a skillet, rice paper dipped in warm water.
- Take a warm tortilla and place beef filling in the center. Top with cucumbers, cilantro, basil, green onions, and peanuts. Roll and secure filling snugly.
- For the optional dipping sauce, whisk together honey, ketchup, chili paste, lime zest and juice, rice vinegar, tamari, ginger, and garlic.
- Serve the rolls warm alongside the dipping sauce, and enjoy!
