- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast until evenly combined.
- Gradually pour in 1½ cups of warm water into the dry ingredients, mixing until a sticky, shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise at room temperature for about 2 to 3 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
- Sprinkle a clean surface with flour and gently turn the dough out, folding it over itself to create a ball shape.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F and place a pizza stone in the center to heat for 45 minutes.
- Carefully slide the shaped dough onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for about 30 to 45 minutes until done.
- Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing into it.
