Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine hulled fresh strawberries, sugar or honey, and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes until the strawberries become tender and release their juices.
- Once the strawberries are soft, gently mash them with a fork to release more flavor. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, catching the syrup while separating the solids.
- While the strawberry syrup cools, brew 4 cups of green tea using water heated to just below boiling and steep the tea bags for 3-4 minutes.
- In a large pitcher, mix the cooled green tea with fresh lemon juice and the cooled strawberry syrup. Pour in 4 cups of cold water to dilute the mixture.
- Transfer the pitcher to the refrigerator, allowing the Strawberry Green Tea Lemonade to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled Strawberry Green Tea Lemonade over the top.

Notes
For a stunning presentation, layer the strawberry syrup at the bottom of the glass before adding the lemonade.
