- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until well blended and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, chopped red onion, and black and green olives. Drizzle dressing over vegetables and gently toss.
- Add cooled spaghetti and crumbled feta to the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
