Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a medium pot over high heat.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat, add 4 tea bags, 3 rosemary sprigs, zest of 1 orange, and 3 slices of fresh ginger.
  3. Allow to steep for 5 to 7 minutes and remove tea bags.
  4. Stir in sugar to taste while the tea is warm.
  5. Strain out the rosemary, orange zest, and ginger slices.
  6. Juice 2 fresh oranges and mix the juice into the strained tea.
  7. Cool to room temperature for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Serve over ice and garnish with orange slices and rosemary.
