Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Juice fresh limes to extract about one ounce of juice and set aside.
  2. Combine ½ cup fresh raspberries, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup water. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes, then strain.
  3. Measure out the ingredients: 2 ounces of tequila, 1 ounce of passionfruit juice, lime juice, and ½ ounce raspberry syrup.
  4. In a shaker, combine tequila, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, and egg white or aquafaba. Shake without ice for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds.
  6. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wedge.
