- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add frozen or fresh meatballs and pineapple chunks to the baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Toss gently.
