- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
- Add almond milk, maple syrup, chia egg, melted vegan butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In a saucepan, melt vegan butter with maple syrup over low heat, add chopped pecans and stir.
