Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add creamy peanut butter to the mixture and mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat on low speed until combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chunks and crushed pretzels gently with a spatula.
  6. Scoop the dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 11-12 minutes, rotating sheets halfway. Cookies should be golden at edges but soft in the center.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
