Method
 

Dough Preparation

  2. Add melted plant-based butter and mashed ripe banana. Gradually mix in flour and fine sea salt until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
Kneading and Rising
  1. Knead the dough on medium speed for about 5 minutes, until soft and elastic.
  2. Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for about 45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Filling Preparation
  1. Punch dough down and roll it out into a rectangle measuring 15x9 inches.
  2. Spread softened plant-based butter over the surface, layer creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and banana slices.
Rolling and Cutting
  1. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log shape.
  2. Slice into 12 equal rolls and arrange in a greased baking dish.
Second Rise
