  • 8 oz Bowtie Pasta Alternatively, use penne for a different shape.
  • 4 cups Chopped Hearts of Romaine Romaine is preferred for crispness.
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese Grated Parmesan can be substituted.
  • 1 cup Croutons Choose your favorite type.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the dressing by whisking garlic, lemon juice, anchovies, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine, cooled pasta, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat.
  4. Add shaved Parmesan and mix again.
  5. Fold in croutons and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately in a large platter or individual bowls.
