- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking garlic, lemon juice, anchovies, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine, cooled pasta, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat.
- Add shaved Parmesan and mix again.
- Fold in croutons and season with salt and pepper.
