- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the cabbage by slicing into thick rounds.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage slices with olive oil and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef or turkey, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the meat mixture into patties that match the size of the cabbage slices.
- Place the patties on top of the cabbage rounds on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, checking for a golden-brown color and an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
