- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of old-fashioned oats, 2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 2 cups of chopped apples, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt to the oat mixture and mix just until combined.
