  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce consider reduced sodium for a healthier choice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 8 oz Swiss Cheese or cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt
  • 4 slices Hamburger Buns opt for gluten-free if needed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for sautéing

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley optional garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Brown the Meat in a skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables, adding onions and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add Garlic and Simmer; combine with sauces and broth.
  5. Incorporate the Sour Cream into the mixture until smooth.
  6. Layer the Casserole with buns and meat mixture.
  7. Top with Cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Garnish with Fresh Parsley before serving.
