  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar for reduction

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 teaspoons of minced garlic.
  2. Brush the garlic-oil mixture onto the baguette slices and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of balsamic vinegar until simmering, then reduce for about 8 minutes and stir in 1 tablespoon of honey.
  4. In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, diced onion, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1/4 cup of basil.
  5. Remove the toasted bread from the oven and layer with sliced mozzarella, then spoon the tomato mixture on top.
  6. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the bruschetta and serve immediately.
